As Founder of Austin Search Partners, Christine has over 25 years of executive recruiting, sales and marketing experience. Her forte is VP Products and Engineering roles for enterprise software, SaaS/cloud software, apps, networking, and ad tech companies. Christine has a passion for helping client companies achieve greatness with exceptional VP and SVP level executive hires in products and engineering. She has a reputation for the highest level of integrity, professionalism and achievement in the executive search industry.
In 2000, Christine was on the co-founding team of Vantage Partners, LLC based in San Francisco, CA, a leading boutique executive retained search firm. Specializing in VP level marketing, products and engineering searches, Christine was instrumental in enabling the firm to reaching its first $1,000,000 in revenue in the firm’s history. She also drove the acquisition of new partners to the firm. Upon returning to the executive search business in 2013, she not only completed several high profile VP/SVP Product and Engineering searches for notable market-leading venture-funded client companies, she also led marketing strategy and new client development for the firm resulting in the firm reaching multi-million in revenue.
Prior to returning to executive search, she spearheaded marketing at a privately-held mobile software company and was responsible for market strategy, corporate marketing, PR and social media. Previously, she was the Director of Market Development for WebVisible, a venture-funded ad tech company where she led a new direct line of business. She worked with the founders at iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS), an enterprise mobility company, to launch the first product in 1999 and spearhead the security partner ecosystem. iPass was the 4th largest IPO in 2003. Christine’s early career included channel and product management and engineering roles at Siemens, Centigram Communications, and Amdahl Corp.
Christine served on the board of directors for the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (now FWE&E), on the founding team for Springboard 2000, the first ever women’s venture capital forum. Springboard raised over $4B for 380 women-founded startups in 10 years. Christine is also a former board director for several startups, Santa Clara University Alumni Association, UC Irvine Alumni Association and the Beall Center for Art + Technology.
Christine has an MBA and J.D. from Santa Clara University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine.
